The Clement Building Company specializes in all areas of healthcare construction. From dental and vision clinics to physical therapy and rehabilitation centers, our clinical buildouts are managed from start to finish safely, on budget, and on time. Our CT, Cath Labs, and X-ray rooms feature state of the art design aimed at improving patient experience. Our surgical, ICU and labor and delivery projects are painstakingly planned, phased and built to give medical professionals the tools and space needed to perform births and live-saving procedures.
Clement Building Co. always put safety first. No one will ever be asked to, or allow to, engage in any unsafe activity; nor will they be asked to cut corners or rush a job at the expense of the quality we are committed to deliver.
We follow Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM), health and safety measures developed by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) that are put in place to protect the safety of patients, visitors, and staff who work in the hospital. We are trained in Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and work hard to make sure our job-sites are secure and safe, preventing less downtime for medical practice and reducing risk to patients and medical staff.
Just as hospital management always keeps patient experience at the forefront of decisions, our projects are planned, phased, and built with patient experience in mind. Our plans are geared towards optimum and improved quality of experience and our jobsites are designed and set up to provide as little interruption to day to day operations as possible.
From our hospital café and food service areas designed to give nourishment and reprieve to staff and visitors, to our human milk bank buildout providing needed help to new babies, we know the importance of work on the people in our healthcare community. We foster a strong work ethic and hold ourselves to high standards to provide great spaces for healthcare workers to do great work!
