Professional Background

Kevin began his career as an intern in 1996 with Brice Building Company while attending Louisiana State University. Upon graduation, he began his professional career by continuing with Brice Building Company as an Assistant Project Manager. His ability to lead a team, develop, manage, and maintain relationships with owners and architects, and a proven project-success record resulted in his advancement from Assistant Project Manager through the ranks of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive to finally reaching Vice President of Operations. Over his career with Brice, Kevin discovered his preferred methods and processes for managing and delivering successful construction projects. He became aware of how his project and team management style impacted his customer’s satisfaction with each project he completed. As the management style of Brice shifted from new owner to new owner, his desire to provide a higher level of satisfaction and success to his customers grew to such that he was determined to work for (or start up) a company which would allow him to work under an operational philosophy more aligned with his own. After resigning from Brice in December 2013, Kevin launched CLEMENT BUILDING COMPANY, LLC along with his twin brother, Keith Clement. Together with Keith, he is responsible for all aspects of professional relationship management, project budgeting, cost controls, project oversight and management, and remains passionate about delivering successful construction projects that exceed customer expectations. Kevin is married to Shannon Depp Clement and they have twin daughters, Lucia & Levi and a son, Roman.

Ability to delegate, demonstrate good judgment in assigning projects and investigating problems; the ability to develop cooperative working relationships, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities. Excellent negotiating, and communication skills, and a proven ability to provide active leadership role in developing marketing and business strategies for the New Orleans metro area market. Maintaining and modifying policies inclusive of project management, safety and quality control.

Project Experience

Responsible for managing over $400 million in construction projects in the New Orleans metro area. Experience includes, estimating, preconstruction services, project management, cost controls and projections, scheduling, site logistics, project staffing and subcontractor management.
