This project was a 2-phased project running concurrently. One phase consists of the renovation and reconfiguration of approximately 4,000 square feet of existing procedures, patient care non-sleeping suite to add a Bi-Plane imaging procedure room, control room and associated support spaces. It required structural elements, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The second phase consists of reconfiguration of approximately 2,500 square feet of existing ultrasound, patient care non-sleeping suites to convert (7) patient room to pre & post-operative patient rooms to accommodate addition of new IR procedure room in adjacent suite. New staff lounge, restroom, lactation rooms, nurse stations and meds/clean supply were added.
