This fast-track project consists of the demolition of existing interior medical office space and build-out of approximately 6,800 square feet of space for a new nursing school. This space consists of new simulation labs, simulation bays, science lab, nursing skills lab, briefing room, classrooms, administration space, group study rooms, etc. within an existing medical office space.
