This Project consist of 8,101 SF buildout of an existing 1st and 2nd floor shell space. The 1st floor includes 8 simulation exam rooms, support functions, a common waiting area, and debriefing conference room. The 2nd floor includes 4 simulated flex exam rooms, 2 simulated operating rooms, 2 simulated ICU patient rooms, support functions, office spaces, a common waiting area, and a debriefing conference room.
