Upon graduation from LSU, Keith began his professional career with Juneau Construction Company in Atlanta, GA as a Project Engineer. His focus on leadership, cultivating professional relationships with owners and architects and a proven project success record resulted in his advancement through the ranks from Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and on to Senior Project Manager. In this capacity, Keith completed a variety of projects in the Atlanta and Tampa areas for healthcare, institutional, and multi-family/condominium owners. After spending 6 years with Juneau Construction Company, Keith relocated back to New Orleans to join Brice Building Company as a Senior Project manager. Having managed various construction projects with Brice in the New Orleans area for Louisiana Cancer Research Center, Ochsner Medical Center, The New Orleans Fairgrounds Race Course and Slots, Loyola School of Law, Tulane University, Xavier University, the Historic Presbytere’s Cupola, etc, Keith has developed processes and methods for guiding large and small projects to successful completion. He resigned from Brice as a Project Executive in December 2013 to launch CLEMENT BUILDING COMPANY, LLC along with his twin brother, Kevin Clement. Keith is married to Jennifer Bobanic Clement and together they have two daughters, Sarah & Andy and a son, Cameron.
Keith has extensive and thorough knowledge of all facets of the building construction process; the ability to delegate, demonstrate good judgment in assigning projects and investigating problems; the ability to develop cooperative working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills; and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities. He is a practiced negotiator, and communicator who provides active leadership on the jobsite. Keith has a proven track record with maintaining and modifying policies inclusive of project management, safety and quality control.
Responsible for managing over $400 MM in construction projects in the New Orleans metro area. Experience includes, estimating, preconstruction services, project management, cost controls and projections, scheduling, site logistics, project staffing.
