The interior demolition and buildout of approximately 18,009 SF to provide a new medical and surgical nursing unit. The buildout of the new unit includes 40 new private patient rooms (including bariatric rooms)with bathrooms, nurse stations, supports areas (offices, EVS, clean supplies, meds, etc.), corridors, family waiting, and elevator lobbies.
