The existing building is approximately 15,394 SF and work includes a complete interior build out of the first floor (Phase 1), renovations to the second floor (Phase 2) and exterior site work. The second floor structure was modified to accommodate A new interior monumental stair. Provisions were made to complete work so that 2nd fl operations were not disrupted.
